PAY IN INSTALLMENTS
We are pleased to offer an interest-free monthly installment plan that comes directly from your checking account or major credit card, including:

PAYMENT IN FULL
If you are able to pay for the course of treatment in full at its inception, we will take an additional 5% off your invoice and pass bookkeeping savings to you.
INSURANCE / FLEXIBLE SPENDING PROGRAMS
Our practice understands that insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance company, not between the doctor and insurance company. However, we will do everything possible to help our patients receive due benefits from their association or insurance carrier.
We work with our patients to provide appropriate documentation and properly coded forms to help you get maximum benefits. These forms are also helpful in maximizing flexible spending benefits.
THIRD PARTY-FINANCING
Amazing smiles offers Care Credit options to eligible patients.
